Needs work but on the right track

Its been pouring rain in my area for the past 3-4 days. This app has consistently said "0.0in" precipitation! Otherwise I like it - its one of the few weather apps that includes moon phases and claims to be reporting weather from stations within 4 miles of where I live. Too bad about the wrong rain amounts. Makes me wonder if the other info is accurate....
