I love the WillyWeather app. It is my go to and the app I use on a daily basis.

This is the most ridiculous weather app i have ever seen. It says raining but it actually is shining outside. You call this accurate weather reporting no it’s a disgrace. If I could give this app no stars I would because it deserves no stars.

Such an infantile and pathetic application to promote MUH Super Bowl catering to the lowest IQ people. Unprofessional, distasteful, and super pathetic decision. I’ve seen tons of ads and a bunch of glitches. But this pandering and shilling takes the cake for the muh Willy weather application.

As a bowhunter first light,wind and weather dictate my choice of tree stands , times I should be ready to be on stand way before first light and the correct wind direction for stand choices , it’s my go to app and has helped me tremendously to be a successful bowhunter

This app is fantastic. Accuracy is always spot on, without the hysterics of other weather apps.

This app is very helpful when I plan on going bike riding. I also use it during Christmas holidays when I put up my 20 ft snow man. Love this app.

I use this app to track wind patterns to plan my canoe trips around. Very accurate forecasts.

There are many who report weather and tides but this is, by far, spot on.

I use this app to track the UV index which allows me to safely reap all the benefits of sun exposure. Get 20 min of sun with the index under 2.0 and then incrementally increase your exposure with index over 3.0 (try to stay clear of excessive exposure when index gets to 4.0-5.0) to build your solar callous.

I love Willy Weather for the the 8 features which most other apps do not have all in one place. I used the free app for many years and decided to pay for the year subscription. 1. UV index with times of the day 2. The SUN shows first light, sunrise, sunset and last light; 3. SWELL for surfers and fishermen, etc 4. TIDES for beach lovers 5. WIND because I live in a windy area 6. MOON shows the cycles 7. RAINFALL 8. WEATHER

I’ve been using Wind Willy since 2020. I appreciate it’s accuracy and ease of use. I just started using the app and love it too! Thank you!

Simple to use with weather info from local airport.

I’ve used this app for years and it’s one of my favorites. I paid for it a long time ago but recently like a lot of apps they are making them nearly unusable for us who paid years ago without shelling out more cash. This one tried that to my disappointment. They fixed it though, so as promised I am upping my stars.

I use this app every time I am at the beach for tide information.

The tide for the Entrance to Crosswicks Creek on the Delaware River is off by anywhere from 30 to 90 minutes most days.

Clearly reliable as it shows data from weather station nearby, no matter where I travel. I love this app— it’s very reliable which for a subject that is completely unreliable— weather! I always know what is happening “now”. I love the “UV” scale as I have sensitive skin so I know when to be outdoors. I also like watching how windy it is in my area compared to other areas. Nice work WillyWeather!!

New to this app and nearest weather station is 20 miles away. Is the data still accurate being that far away?

Upgraded to v3 and the watch app stopped refreshing. Tried deleting and reinstalling - on phone and watch - now the watch app won’t install. As the watch is my main method of using that app, it is now a useless to me. so i’m back to the basic apple weather app

This is my number 1 app because we hike and go to the beach all the time so I use it to look at wind forecast, tides, etc. We are nature people and this app keeps us informed of all the different weather patterns we might experience in a day! Thanks!!!

I am a rower on Lake Sammamish. I NEVER head out in the water without checking the wind forecast. It is very accurate and keeps me safe. Paul

I liked the way this worked but I haven’t used it for a while and when I came back to it all my locations were gone.

Oh, so we’re going to a subscription. Nope. I don’t need the weather report that bad because I’m now retired and I don’t normally go out all that often. So if I see ads it’s bye bye. I don’t want a subscription. But thank you for all the years of putting this app out there while we had it. If I get tricked into a subscription I’m going to be very upset. I have lost over 100 apps that I had purchased years ago after they were abandoned. Money wasted and they are still removing apps that I had purchased. I think it’s very unfair that I paid money to use so many good apps and they just disappeared from the App Store. As I have said, I want to thank you for your app because it is a very good app and I do like it very much. But I can’t buy a subscription. Much luck to you for a great app.

Really like the visual of the graphics. Quick and easy to customize and change from location to location. Found to be dependable. I use every day for planning especially when fishing on the Great Lakes.

Now that there is + version the unpaid app stinks. Looking at the radar the local view has the system moving to the west. When I expand the system is moving east. I’ll just look out the window before I pay 2.99 a month for weather.

I use this app a lot for mostly one thing: current wind speeds in particular areas. I check rain amounts, but it is usually inaccurate to my location. A good app, but $30/year or 4$/monthly (48$/yr)? I pay for other comprehensive weather apps for less than 1/2 that. Lately they are continuously sending blocking pop-ups to pay so I may delete it.

This was my favorite weather app up until they updated and have a subscription model. I was fine having ads on the app but asking every time to join the subscription is making me delete the app and find something else.

This is great for a Coastal North Carolina, because it shows me the tide height which is very important for fishing in this area.

After the iPhone software update. Every alert comes in like static and at a deafening audio level.

Willy weather has proven to be extremely accurate for wind, and weather at the times shown. I would highly recommend this app.

It really is helpful to know the tide info when planning a walk on the beach here in Myrtle Beach.

Willy Weather will always be my go-to source for accurate, real-time weather forecasts and reports! And hey, that’s coming from a Wannabe Weather Girl (no joke, I dreamed of growing up and becoming a meteorologist!) who literally got grounded when she was growing up for watching The Weather Channel “too much” ummm…. Okay?! So, yeah, I highly recommend WW app, Especially above the other well known weather app that everyone uses. WW is ad free, it doesn’t cost a dime, it’s ACCURATE, you can set it to send you your daily forecast, plus it has the moon phases, tides, wind speeds, rainfall amounts, humidity, temperatures, sunrise, sunset, wind speeds and so many more cool features that you’ll enjoy playing with! Just download it already!!! You’ll be glad you did!!! Take it from an old Wannabe Weather Girl!
